Minecraft Server provides an easy way to set up a Minecraft Multiplayer Server on a Mac. The idea came from the Windows "Minecraft Server.exe"

The configuration files are stored in the same directory as the server. However you will still have to set up either port forwarding or Hamachi (for Hamachi servers).
