Milestone Reminder is a nice and simple application that allows you to organize important events with your family, friends and colleagues. The program takes all the events from your Address Book and allows you to organize them more efficiently into categories. The program comes with three default categories, but you can add as many as you want. You can classify your events into Anniversary, Birthday, or Other Dates, and they all have a distinctive icon for you to identify them more easily. If you create new categories, they will appear with a bubble of a different color.
You can also configure significant dates to appear highlighted with a distinctive color a given number of days before the event you have defined. The important events can also be exported to iCal very easily with lots of customizable options. The program is very easy to use and has a nice user interface.
