Mighty Math is an educational app designed for elementary school kids to practice their equation solving skills. The program gives you access to exercises which were created for three age groups (5 to 7, 8 to 9, and 10 to 12) and lets you choose between 4 types of problems (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
The utility also provides you with cheers and quotes from various famous physicists and mathematicians, such as Einstein or Johannes Kepler. It will also let you know when you offered an incorrect answer and monitor the amount of right and wrong results.
In addition, to keep things a bit challenging, Mighty Math counts the amount of time you take to complete a test. The best times are displayed on the bottom side of the screen.
Personally, I got a bit frustrated while testing this application. It constantly displayed annoying animations and played sounds in the background which were a bit bothersome. Furthermore, I didn't like the graphics at all. The app looks like it was created 20 years ago and occasionally freezes.
With that being said, I think you can find better apps for your kids to practice their equation solving skills.
