Meteorologist picks up the weather report worldwide and displays it straight into your Mac's menu bar. We liked how the application shows extended weather details like pressure or humidity.
You can also get a forecast on the weather in your city. Meteorologist also displays radar images from the Weather Channel. One of the nice little touches of the application is the little thumbnail images it shows next to the name of the city: a cloud, a sun or a thunderbolt will let you know what the weather is without going into details.
Although we would have liked to see support from more weather websites apart from weather. com, Meteorologist is a great way to quickly check out the weather in your hometown.
