MetaCheater extracts MetaData from Quicktimes and then creates an ALE file which allows the MetaData to be imported into an Avid Media Composer
Avid to assist with tapeless workflows, in particular Red Digital Cinema workflows.
Use it at your own risk as it has not gone through formal testing. Normal CMX3600 EDLS can only have tape names up to 8 characters long.
