Its main menu is available in your status bar from where you can access the manual and Preferences panel. In my testing, the program worked flawlessly. It didn't slow down the performance of other running applications and immediately revealed the pop-up menus. Plus, it was very simple to configure and I didn't require the assistance of the built-in manual.
