Receive an alert on your desktop as soon as the first participant joins your conference. Click on the “Join Conference” button to open a screen that allows you to choose a number on which to be called back. When your phone rings, answer it and you will be connected to your conference. In addition, your browser will open and launch the Desktop Controller. You can add, edit, and delete the join numbers on the screen using the buttons on the bottom of the screen.
