OpenVista Clinical Information System (CIS) is a cross platform frontend for OpenVista Server based on the design of the VA's Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) and includes image viewing and other commercial enhancements.

-Lengthy INTRO MESSAGE makes CIS login dialog unusable
-CIS Reminder Dialog Incomplete Items Default
-CIS- WVHDDR stage -Facility window should be persistent after resize
-Reduce the startup time for the Login dialog.
