MCP 7.0

MCP is an application designed to simplify the process of managing data that can be viewed using Syntermed’s suite of applications. The main MCP interface watches a specified directory for DICOM compliant files and displays the Patient Name and Study Date in a sortable list view. By default, all files are grouped by a concatenation of the StudyInstanceUID, PatientName and StudyDate fields which are assigned by the manufacturer at the time of image capture. Files can be brought into MCP in many different ways including manual file transfer and even utilizing a standard DICOM export to MCP’s built in DICOM receiver.
