Manual Labor is a simple tool to bind a folder full of image files into a PDF with a little more control, less tediousness, and nicer results than what comes with the OS. The stock Preview app can do assemble images into a PDF, but is annoying with lots of files and has some quirks and shortcomings that I wasn't satisfied with.
