In this game the player character can act out sexual scenarios with a tv show's characters, by playing the DVD in a game console.
When you choose the option "play as dvd" you play a two minute episode of a show called "small horses amazing"(animated in rpgm xp, don't expect much) choosing the option "play as game" allows you to walk around inside the episode and interact with the characters.
