MadLipz has a verylarge library of clipsthat users can dub over. The app takes clips from a lot of differentmultimediasources like music, news reports, movies. TV shows and more. The number of clips in the library is also increasing every day, but the library iswell-organizedinto specific categories so users won’t have any problems grabbing clips that fit what they want to do. If they want to do humorous Lips (the in-app name of the clips users make), there are hundreds of videos in the Humor category. On the other hand, if they want to make romantic Lips, there’s a Romance section dedicated to that genre.

Easy Dubbing and Subbing Process

Dubbing and subbing using MadLipz is easy as pie. All you have to do is click on the red Plus sign at the bottom of each clip. Next, select whether you’d like to sub or dub. You’ll be taken to the timeline which has all sorts of controls for making clips. Justadd a voiceover by talking with your mic andadd subtitlesby typing on the box provided by the app.

Once you’re done editing the clip, you can either save to your own device or share it directly to other social media apps. All it takes is a few clicks and your funny creations will be all over your different social media accounts.

Other Observations

Most meme videos are only a few seconds, so MadLipz really took this format to heart. All of the clips in the MadLipz library are only15 secondsor shorter. When it comes to subs, you can add three sub boxes, each with a 60 character limit.

MadLipz surprisingly does not have any issues when it comes to loading clips. Almost immediately after you select your chosen clip, it will download at once. This swiftness is probably due to the shortness of the clips. However, these clips are not high quality. This isn’t necessarily a point against MadLipz since the app is just for makingfunny meme videos. It might be annoying for some people, but it’s not a big deal given its intended purpose.
