MacPips does one single thing: it makes your computer play the Greenwich Time Signal (aka 'the pips') at exactly the right time. MacPips uses your computer's clock, so make sure it's set correctly!
The only interaction MacPips has with the user is a Growl message when it launches, so don't be surprised when it doesn't show up in your Dock or Menubar.
