MacHeliosSim 1.0

This project started out as a coding exercise to convert an excel spreadsheet into a a full program. Given magnetic field strength, beam species, target species, and ejectile species, it will compute the remaining reaction product(s) (based on a simple nucleon exchange reaction), and rough kinematics to give a plot of laboratory angle vs. particle energy (measured at the detector), a plot of laboratory angle vs. distance traveled (x), and a plot of particle energy vs. distance traveled. Additionally, it will allow for a full simulation to be run using our full-scale HELIOS simulator.
