MacFDTD is a Macintosh-based software for designing and simulating semiconductor and optical circuits. It offers basic layout capabilities, variable equation support, GDSII format exporting, and the ability to save and load files with the .fdTD extension. The second release added support for multiple documents, allowing users to work on multiple schematics at the same time.
