Mac Sequence Viewer is a suite of three tools that help to analyze and separate large batches of ABI sequence files. The primary app, Mac Sequence View, is a chromatogram trace viewer which quickly generates a table that can be viewed in a web browser. The table displays the quality of the DNA trace, using a red background to indicate low quality reads.
