Mac Help Widget is a free service provided by Mid Atlantic Consulting, Inc. in Washington, DC. It uses PHONE, CHAT (ichat, adium, etc) or EMAIL (Apple Mail, Microsoft Entourage, etc) to get support for Macintosh OS X and OS X Server. Quick emails can be answered free of charge (5 min or less), but more extensive consulting services will be billed according to prices.
