LopeEdit is a multilanguage source editor. This comprehensive application may prove to be an excellent tool for developers as they may import/create/edit/save/print a file by using any of these programming languages: HTML, ASP, C/C++, C#, SQL, Java, JavaScript, VBScript, XML, JSP, Pascal, Visual Basic, Cobol, Perl, PHP, etc.

In addition to this, this program features a "search and replace" menu, a table of ASCII characters, favorites, and recently used files. The file browser lets us navigate through our computer's directory tree and access any file/folder/drive instantly. Furthermore, there is a text editor, a syntax highlight menu, a programming language configuration, and much more. It is also possible to import/edit any content directly from an online webpage, and save directly in an FTP site.

The user interface is context-sensitive and very easy to handle, and it displays a standard toolbar, plus a toolbar with multiple icons.

There are two versions available, the first one is LopeEdit Lite, which is delivered on a free basis, and the second one is a more advanced version called LopeEdit Pro that is a shareware utility. This program is available in English and Spanish. Optionally, we may download additional language packs, such as German, Japanese, simplified Chinese, or Valencian. The trial version deserves to be mentioned separately as it serves well for both editions. In fact, we are let to decide whether to open the freeware or the shareware version (free for 30 days) during the installation, or at any other time.
