Logoist is more than just an image editor for Mac. This program does not only provide you with all the tools you could possibly need to create banners, logos or business cards with minimum effort, but it also gives you access to an impressive collection of quality project templates.
You can import images of various formats, add new layers to the the loaded pictures or selected project template, attach borders or cliparts, and much more. The app lets you choose from many output formats and allows you to print your projects directly from its main window.
Logoist is perfect for beginners as well as professional graphic designers who wish to create quality logos, birthday cards, image galleries, and so on. All of the built-in editing tools are very simple to configure and the results can definitely be impressive.
This version of the program comes with many new features and improvements. For instance, it now gives you access to a larger variety of project samples, supports more output formats, has an improved PDF export feature, and much more.
Cutting a long story short, I can't find any reasons why you shouldn't give this app a try, unless you want to use a simpler and cheap solution like GIMP. However, the aforementioned image editor doesn't provide you with dozens of project templates and cliparts. It's up to you to decide if Logoist is the app for you or not.
