Lobby Track is a program for visitors management, secure tracking, and access control. Designed for large facilities with a lot of people traffic, it has an intuitive interface which grants an easy workflow.
Lobby Track offers multiple options for visitors registration via web, onsite, or using a self registration kiosk that can be purchased together with the application. The kiosk is equipped with a scanner that extracts information from driver licenses or passports and loads it into the data base. The device is also able to capture photos or biometrics and to offer an NDA for signing.
Lobby Track designs and issues corporate ID cards, badges or passes, using the incorporated design options. Various security features like barcodes, signature, and biometrics can be added as well.
The application can be connected to a scanner and used for tracking and controlling access by logging the times of entry and exit, applying access rules, and displaying conditional messages for the operators.
Reporting feature offers detailed logs and charts which can be exported in popular format files like Microsoft Word or Excel, printed, or automatically sent via e-mail. For a better management of multiple sites, Lobby Track can be connected to a MS Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL database.
