Live Email Verifier Professional is a program that will verify email addresses.
It can check for the status of any email address in your contact list, or a text file, by contacting the mail servers. This way, you can be sure that the email addresses on that list are valid, and that no message will be bounced because any address does not exist anymore. This will be useful for people that sends newsletters or ads by email, by cleaning their database they will not waste time sending emails to invalid accounts.
Email Verifier can import any address book, or just a plain text file. By default, it comes already configured to contact email servers through a direct SMTP connection by using the port 25. But you can, if you want, use a SOCKS proxy, or a website to do this. Some servers will require an email address to accept or reject messages. You can define any acount for that. The program allows to check the settings. When everything is OK, you can start verifying your list of addresses.
The unregistered version of this program will work for free, but it will check up to 20 addresses by turn.
