The utility brings an intuitive interface, supports a wide variety of external storage devices, and allows you to recover files of various formats. What's more, the app sorts found files into groups based on their extension.
The trial version of this application allows you to scan drives and preview found files. However, you cannot recover any of the data to your local drive. You need to purchase the full version of the app to restore photos, videos, and audio files.
The only aspect I don't like about this recovery tool is that you cannot select individual folders and scan them. You can only load entire drives and the app will reveal all found data.
