Far from your typical roleplaying game, there is more toLearn the Heart than meets the eye. This free game comes with simplistic yet detailed linear graphics and interesting characters. In it, you play the role of a faceless guy protagonist.
In Learn the Heart, you will be interacting with different personalities. You can develop romantic storylines with some of them, too—think of games like Stardew Valley and Harvest Town but without the farming aspect. However, bear in mind that some mini-games or scenes can get rather steamy, which makes this game unsuitable for younger players.
Learn the Heart starts with a phone call from the protagonist’s father. Then, the scene will cut to a quaint little bedroom furnished with items you can interact with, such as the bed, computer, and closet. The day of the week and your pocket money are flashed on the upper left part of the screen, while you can find the map, inventory, and other essential icons on the right.
From there, you’re free to explore various places and unravel storylines with different romance options. You can meet girls at the beach, the grocery store, the park, and more. Improve your relationship levels with them by playing mini-games, giving them gifts they’ll love, and talking to them, among other things. As you make progress, you can eventually unlock special cutscenes with them.
Once you’ve established meet-cutes with your prospects, they will get added to your profile. Under the Partners menu, you’ll see how much progress you’ve made with them. Taking them out on dates in different parts of the town or giving them the priciest presents you can buy are good ways to build relationships, but be careful not to spend all of your money in one go.
Each virtual day in Learn the Heart is going to be filled with unpredictable excitement. You can meet all the requirements to watch special scenes with romantic prospects or spend the day going around the town aimlessly. However, before downloading and installing this simulation game, you must take note that it’s definitely not for minors due to its mature content.
