The application features an intuitive interface where you can preview and edit the Launchpad items (icons of the apps that are installed on your Mac). You can drag-and-drop icons if you wish to rearrange them, delete the ones you don't use often, and create groups of apps if necessary.

The drag-and-drop rearranging feature and the ability to delete icons are available in the Launchpad application. However, you cannot sort them or group your app icons without Launchpad Manager's help.

The one thing that bothers me about this program is that it occasionally runs slow, especially when rearranging app icons using drag-and-drop actions.
