Last Modification Date 1.0

Last Modification Date is a simple Mac program that comes as an alternative to using Finder's Get Info option to reveal the Modified attribute for a file or directory. The application is very easy to handle, supports drag-and-drop action, and immediately reveals the necessary info.

All you need to do is drag-and-drop the files or folders you wish to analyze over one of the two panels from the app's interface. I'm still unsure why the utility provides you with two panels, one would be enough if you ask me. You also have access to an option to reveal last modification date for a certain amount of files or folders from the imported data.

Then, the program displays a list with the names of the imported files or directories along with their correspondent last modification dates. You can copy the offered information to your clipboard if necessary.

The difference between using this utility and Finder is the fact that the first supports batch processing. This means that you can import a large amount of files or folders and find out their correspondent last modification date within moments (however, the file/folder limit is 90). With Finder you need to click the Get Info button for each document or directory to reveal the necessary details.

With that being said, it's worth installing this application on your Mac only if you wish to reveal last modification date for a large collection of files or folders.
