Languages By Lyrics is a Mac OS X application that uses song lyrics and music to help you learn a foreign language. When words are combined with rhyme and music, the human brain can retain the words in a natural way. This accelerates acquisition of vocabulary and thinking in the new language as opposed to just memorizing it. Music makes learning a foreign language fun.
This application assists a user in obtaining lyrics and translations of songs in a foreign language in their iTunes library. Two different learning exercises are included. The first exercise prompts the user to select the correct original lyrics while the song is playing. The second exercise prompts the user to select the correct translation for each lyrics while the song is playing.
