Language Manager is a freely distributed utility meant for language files creating, translating and for creating of resource DLLs. Language file is a file in a special format that contains strings to be translated (forms resources and string constants) for the concrete language. It has the .xxx.lng extension, where xxx is two- or three-character language abbreviation set by the user in the time of file creating.
