LandTimer is a great and simple timer with a clock face.

You can add a small message like breakfast, run with dogs or meeting. To set the timer, just advance the hands of timer. The timer speaks the message when the time comes.

Additionally, it can perform one of the following 4 actions: open a file, play an iTunes Store preview for a keyword, pause iTunes or put your Mac to sleep.
