I liked this new piece of software from KC software called K-ML. K-ML is a high end professional mailing list manager with high efficient newsletter management capabilities. Best of this tool is that K-ML has almost all functions an email marketing or newsletter distribution team needs. K- ML's ease to generate web page for subscription and un-subscription eliminates need of programming know how and ensures that with minimal support marketing team can configure in no time. K-ML also provides HTML based emails along with attachment facility, here the encoding method of K-ML makes this email more secure if personal details are sent via this emails. K-LM does not limit the newsletter distribution team to stop beyond a certain amount of subscribers for one mailing list. The other side user can manage to create as many group as needed for different type and group of mailing lists. With little know how of PHP scripting language, marketing team can associate the existing website with K-ML tool. K-ML tool has many other facilities like recipent receipt, SMPT authentication, Auto update of requests along with supporting multiple account facilities.
