JXCirrus Maths is a program that enables you to create custom arithmetic exercises for students in primary school. The application comes with a straightforward interface, gives you access to a comprehensive help guide, and provides you with various settings when it comes to generating tests.
On the main menu window, you can display an image or sequence of photos from your local directories. You can change the background image from the aforementioned screen by going to Preferences menu and configuring the display settings according to your needs.
You can easily generate a test from JXCirrus Maths. Just select the operation type (addition, subtraction, etc.), number of questions, and the number range (from 1 to 90, for example). The utility will immediately create the test based on your previous selections.
My only issue with this application is the fact that it doesn't let you combine multiple types of operations in one test.
To summarize, JXCirrus Maths provides you with a simple way to create and take math tests on your computer. However, if you're looking for advanced settings when creating tests, I'd suggest you to try other Mac programs.
