You need to complete challenges before you run out of time in order to achieve a great manager reputation and accumulate more stars for your hotel. The more satisfied your customers are before walking out the door of your hotel, the more coins you collect (which you can use to upgrade your venture).

I like the fact that the app brings you plenty of useful hints and teaches you how to finish the designated chores (clean guest room, offer coffee to customer, etc.). Another good thing is that your gameplay progress is automatically saved.

If you're a fan of this type of game you'd probably be disappointed to learn that the app doesn't gives you access to any power-ups (similar apps offer you this feature). For instance, it doesn't offer you employee speed boost power-up (your character completes the given tasks a lot faster). What's more, the app plays repetitive music, though you can disable it from the Options menu.
