iZip Unarchiver is a decompression utility for Mac capable of extracting the contents of your archive files. This program works with a wide variety of archive formats, supports drag-and-drop action, and provides you with the results you need in minimum time.
The app lets you select as many input files as you need and processes the archive files within moments. You can choose from the Preferences menu where to save the extracted files and launch the destination folder directly from the app's interface once the decompression process is complete.
Another good aspect about working with this program is that it integrates into the Finder's context menu. This means that you don't need to launch iZip Unarchiver every time you wish to extract archive files (you just click the secondary mouse button and select the Extract With iZip Unarchiver option from the context menu).
The only thing that bothers me about this application is the fact that it displays ads on its main window.
To sum things up, iZip Unarchiver proves to be a smart addition to my collection of programs as it successfully and quickly extracts archive files. What's more, you don't have to pay a buck to use it. Therefore, I can't find any reason why you shouldn't give this app a try.
