IVONA MiniReader comes with two interface modes: full and mini, and you can easily toggle between them. Both are easy-to-use and intuitive, and it's only up to you to choose which one suits you more. Overall, IVONA MiniReader is really simple and straightforward. You can easily select the text you want to hear being read in a loud voice and choose one from the installed voices. Then click the "play" button and that's it - the text will be read aloud with the voice of your choosing.

A neat feature of this application is its large variety of handy features: you can configure its Lexicon, add and remove exceptions, select/deselect ignored expressions, add/remove abbreviated elements. Furthermore, you can set a custom pause time interval between sentences or paragraphs. It also enables you to fiddle with the reading speed and volume.

I have tested this application using several voices, in British, American English, French and Spanish, with amazing results. One of them is my native language, and I must say I was impressed with the clarity and the perfect accent of the voice.
