iVolmon is a free ISP monitor that allows users to monitor their Belgacom or Telenet volume meter usage. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, and Linux, and requires Java 1.6 to work. iVolmon refreshes every 30 minutes by default, but users can customize the interval to their own needs. It is available in English and Dutch.
