This program allows you to be notified of upcoming International Space Station (ISS) flyovers using Growl. It is compatible with all Windows platforms and requires .NET Framework version 4.0 Client Profile. To use it, you must configure an XML file with your location and desired notification time (e.g. one hour prior, five minutes prior, etc.).
