ISO2Disc is a Windows utility for burning ISO files to DVDs, CDs, Blu-rays, USB sticks, and other external storage devices.
All you need to do is to select an ISO file from your local directories, choose the preferred output settings, and click the "Burn" button from the bottom side of the interface. Click the "Refresh" button if the program fails to reveal the name of the inserted external device.
In my testing, the utility worked flawlessly. I used the app to burn an ISO file to a USB stick. It immediately completed the given task, without slowing down the performance of my system in the process.
The only thing I'd change about this application would be to add a built-in help manual. For instance, I didn't understand what the "Manage drives in WinPE" option meant; so, I didn't use it in my testing. However, if you're familiar with this type of Windows programs, you will probably have no difficulties configuring the app's settings according to your needs.
