iServeBox is a tool for managing Unix network daemons on Mac OS X 10.5. Simply open the management window and check/uncheck boxes, like in the default-shipped Mac OS X Sharing Preferences panel. iServeBox is freeware and opensource. iServeBox 1.4 requires Mac OS X 10.5. For Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4 you can use iServeBox 1.3.
