ISA NL module 1.2.2

The Interlinear Scripture Analyzer’s NL module is the Dutch version of the ISA Bible software. The content of the module is the Statenvertaling, which stands for State Translation. ISA NL is the first original translation from the Greek and Hebrew into Dutch, first published in 1637.

ISA NL module is sophisticated and powerful free software. Here, the Hebrew and Greek originals have been transferred to consistent etymological and idiomatic Dutch and English versions.

The NL module adapts perfectly to the ISA application. You can even change the fonts on the screen if you feel like it. The interface also presents a versatile search that will allow you to find the corresponding Dutch translation. In the Concordance View you will see all renderings, number of hits, items, groups and the strong note. The Concordant method is based on a simple, easy and short-cut method, which would normally require a lifetime of study of the scriptures.

The feature I found most engrossing was the standards and elements on which the concordant method is based on. It is written in SMALL CAPITALS and associated with a word. It also has the Greek and English indefinite. The idea is to maintain consistency of diction throughout the rendition of the Scriptures. The ISA module is meant to benefit translators, teachers, scholars, or lay people.
