ipMIDI - Ethernet MIDI Port allows you to route MIDI over your Ethernet network. In the ipMIDI network, all MIDI is transmitted over a single port could be received by every computer, ipMIDI replaces more than 20 MIDI cables, establishing an “n-way MIDI network”.

Removed leading spaces from the port names 1-9. Some older Application could not handle this correctly. e.g " 1. Ethernet MIDI" is renamed to "01. Ethernet MIDI".
An input port received old messages after reopening in certain circumstances. This is fixed.
