Iovsoft MP3 Cutter Joiner is a simple audio edition tool. It can be used to carry out two operations. The first one is to cut MP3 files. This feature allows you to select a segment of an audio file and then cut it out so that you end up with that segment in a new audio file. You can also convert a clip to a format other than that of the source file, if you want. The other operation is joining two or more MP3 files together.
To start, you first have to add a single audio file if you want to cut it or two or more files if you want to join them together. In my testing, only the Joiner worked fine. The cutter wouldn't let me specify where I wanted to cut the file. I added a sample audio file and clicked on "play" to set the start and end times. I made a 15-second clip, but when I clicked on "Cut", the resulting file was always a minute and 17 seconds long. I changed the values a couple of times, to no avail. The joiner worked just fine. I added two audio files and selected a format. The resulting file played well on iTunes and it clearly was the first file joined with the second file.
