When it comes to reliability, iovSoft MP3 Cutter Joiner passed the test. The output file was flawless. There are also advanced settings that allow a more thorough configuration concerning the parameters of the output file, for each supported audio format, including frequency, bitrate, channels, etc.
As any tool of this kind, it also includes a player that helps you determine the duration of the segments when cutting audio files. But be careful as this player has no volume control and it will play the audio file at the maximum volume by default.
