Invoices 3.5.1

Invoices X is a very complete invoicing application. It allows you to create a list of frequent customers, along with all their information, which makes creating invoices very easy. The application has a graphical user interface that makes navigation relatively easy. There is a pane on the left that includes six categories where you can enter information that you can later use in your invoices. They are Invoices, Customers, Plain Items, Tabled Items, Bottom Notes and Private Notes. If you usually create invoices for the sale of a certain product, then you would want to add details of said product to the Plain Items tab. Then, when you need to create an Invoice, you can head into the Invoices tab and click on the "+" button, which will bring up a pre-designed invoice. All you need to do here is select your item, your customer, and any other information that you want to include, such as price of the item and any notes to the customer. You can also set the date in which the payment is due, or state that the invoice has already been paid.

For each customer, you can add information like name, title, address, city, zip code, state, country, e-mail, and two different tax IDs. In the case of items, you can only add a name and a text description of the item; there are no pre-made fields for you to use.

In conclusion, Invoices X works really well as a quick and easy solution for the creation of invoices. However, I have seen other similar apps with support for images and photos, reminders, integration with your Address Book, and other features that I would want in an invoicing utility, and which this application is missing.
