Export your video from Final Cut Pro as you normally would for creating a DVD. Drag and drop it onto the Anamorphicizer application. You will get a second file in the same folder with Anamorphic added to the file name. Use this file to create a DVD in iDVD! Inverse Anamorphicizer is the same as Anamorphicizer but in reverse, get it?
