ImTOO iPhone Transfer Plus is an iPhone video conversion and backup program. The app lets you backup your iPhone to your computer, but it also comes with both a video converter and a DVD ripper that you can use to convert files that are not supported by the iPhone and copy them to the phone without using iTunes.
The main window shows a video player at the bottom-left corner and different features above that. When you connect your iPhone, its name will be displayed there and three buttons will appear below the phone: Audio, Video, and Photo. I suppose that those let you back up content from your iPhone. Ideally, you would click on "Audio" and all your songs would be displayed. In my case, no songs were displayed. It is weird, because I also have ImTOO iPhone Transfer installed, and my songs are shown there.
To use the DVD ripper and Video converter, you simply need to add files by clicking the "Add" button and select the conversion profile. There are profiles for iPod touch, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.
All in all, this app could be a nice way of managing video and audio content on your iPhone. Download the trial version before you purchase to make sure that it works for you.
