Image Text OCR is a very simple OCR app. You can drag any image or PDF with text into the menu bar icon and it will use optical character recognition to open the text contained in the image/PDF in a text editor. The app auto-detects phone numbers, e-mails, websites, and addresses and attaches the content to the text file. The app also shows the EXIF data of the image.
