iJoysoft iPad Transfer Ultimate is a complete iPad management tool. There are two versions of this app: Ultimate and Platinum. The only two differences between them are that the Platinum version lets you download videos from the Internet and make ringtones. They are currently priced quite similarly, so you might want to get the Platinum version if you considered buying the Ultimate one. With this program, you can do everything from backing up your iPad and putting content on i, to converting video files and ripping DVD movies into files that you can later put on the iPad.
The graphical user interface is very similar to that of pretty much every iPad transfer application that I have seen. On the left pane, you see a list of data categories and on the right, you will see the actual data. For example, in this software, you will see Music on the left. When you click on that button, you will see a list of all the songs on your iPad on the right, and you can select one or multiple items to back them up to your computer.
Unfortunately, I was unable to test this program thoroughly because it crashed when I connected my iPad. The iPad is running the latest version of iOS, and I tested the app under both Snow Leopard and Lion. If I started the software with the iPad disconnected, it didn't crash, but as soon as I plugged it in, it crashed again.
