iFolor Designer can help you create various types of photo publications, such as photo albums, photo calendars, wall decorations, photo gifts and digital photos.
The app has a nice straightforward interface, which you can even start using without consulting the accompanying help documents. If you are worried about not having enough design skills, there is no need for that, as the application comes with various features to solve that problem. In this respect, there are multiple page templates and themes to choose.
Its interface is divided into three main regions. In this regard, there is the area where you compose your pages. Then, there is also a sidebar, which has two tabs. If you choose My Projects, you can browse previously created projects, change their names and add descriptions. The other tab, called My Images, is where you import the pictures you need to use. Fortunately, it is possible to use images from Photos or local folders. Likewise, you can download them from Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, OneDrive, Picassa or iCloud or even use snapshots from your favorite videos. There is a horizontal bar on top, where you can have an overview of the pages, click a given page to edit it or change their order. Similarly, you can switch tabs to browse through the images currently being used in your project.
Whether you start from a template or not, you will always have the freedom to customize your project. For example, you can drag and drop images onto a given page and let it automatically adjust to the available frames. Likewise, the photos can be edited by adding effects as well as cropping and rotating them. Once you are done editing, you can preview your work.
In short, iFolor Designer is a great solution to create publications in which photographs play the central role. I have to say that I really love the way the publications look, especially the possibility to browse the pages just as if it were a paper book. Gladly, the app is free, although you will need to pay for any printed product you order.
