With iCrypt you will be able to crypt your data using an AES algorithm with 256-bit encryption. Just drag and drop files or folders on iCrypt to encrypt or decrypt them. Use on Mac OS X is really easy, moreover self-decrypting files allow you to exchange your data even if your recipient has not installed iCrypt.
