A small utility to rip icons from executables and DLL's and save them as regular .ico files. It's very useful when you don't have a lot of artistic talent and you want to 'borrow' an icon that someone else already made for you! Just open an .exe or .dll file and see if there are any icons in it you'dlike to 'borrow'. If you've found what you're looking for, hit the save button and save the icon to the file you prefer.
