IconCool Manager allows you to manage icons and do many other things with them. The application includes a huge library with thousands of samples orderly arranged by categories and allows you to add new sub-libraries and classes within them. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive, organized in a tree-style structure which makes finding icons a snap. You can also add keywords to icons to find them more easily. It also lets you view icons within folders and save them in different sizes and formats such as ICO, CUR, GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, EMF, TGA, WMF, TIF and WBMP. Moreover, it also has the ability to convert a lot of image formats to icons and export a complete icon library to an ICL file. Other powerful and useful features include drag and drop functions, the ability to create, enlarge and reduce transparent icons, a smart capturing tool that allows you to capture images from your desktop or any application, a large directory of icon web site, among others.
